The service is cordial and helpful, despite occasional reminders to check out. The location, while near the beach, is quite limited in space, approximately 500 meters from the sea beach. The dining experience varies from complimentary and healthy to terrible, with occasional offerings of smoked fish.

The hotel has a very spacious room through Make My Trip, but it was fully messed up with sand initially. After requesting a quick clean-up, they did it in minutes. The room dimensions were hardly enough for 2 persons with all the furniture/fixtures. The location is excellent, close to the Beach and Amarabati Park, making it a really nice place to spend alone time with family or a partner. However, the intercom in the 3rd-floor room was not working, and the service received during checkout was extremely unprofessional. The dining experience was described as pretty much healthy and hygienic but also with limited variety.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and reasonably priced compared to other options in the area. However, my room was located in the backside with minimal sunlight, and the AC was defective. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was top-notch, though.
